About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Shopify development projects. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating between designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver successful e-commerce launches.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of web development processes, and the ability to keep projects on track while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Shopify development projects simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate between design, development, and QA teams
  • Conduct regular client meetings and status updates
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Document processes and contribute to team improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in web/e-commerce
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong understanding of web development processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Shopify is a strong plus
